Economics of ASSUMPTIONS

Jack: Assumptions make the impossible possible,
Jill: Assumptions make the possible impossible.
V: Assumptions are a necessity. They are the key ingredients of making the games of life a possibility. In any given situation it is these assumptions that we give life to; work on them in every possible way, on the process some things fall together, some things fall apart.
Jill: I begin with the assumption that anything that is possible as impossible.
Jack: I believe that the impossible is nothing; anything you think off good or bad can be materialized and brought to reality.
Jill: Some Assumptions have a reason, for some we don’t know the reason; may be assumptions are a result of our past conditioning.
V: You got to work on your assumptions. Your assumptions could be a road block to your progress.
Jill: Some assumptions make things go wrong; some assumptions make some things go right.
Jack: You got to believe in something. Your assumptions bring the best of things to reality. Some assumptions are a barrier for the good to happen.
Jill: Some assumptions leave us thinking about what is to happen n what should happen, some assumptions leave us looking out for what can happen n what will happen.
V: What ever your assumptions; some may be valid factually; some may not be relevant to the situation. Don’t fail to live n enjoy the present doing the best possible good you can.
Jill: The negative assumptions are the root cause for draining your energy.
Jack: We start something based on a certain set of positive assumptions and it is the negative assumptions that are a barrier to progress in any chosen endeavor.
Jill: Many of these assumptions in most times are baseless!
V: More the assumptions the longer you take to reach your destination. Work on all those assumptions that make you feel good.
Jill: I am no saint to be assumptions less the negatives!!
Jack: So things could go wrong so that you could appreciate when they go right!
V: That is also an assumption..

I the INTELLECT the I that COMPARES

Intellect is wondering why is happiness always relative?
Intellect works, works real hard, waits for its product of labour for a long time,
Intellect gets it,The being feels good; Intellect senses happiness..
But the next moment Intellect is not,
Coz Intellect has just compared its product of Intellect with others product of intellect....
May not be consciously, but it happens..
Then that happiness suddenly becomes elusive....
Happiness doesn’t seem to lie in what intellect gets or has..
But in whether or not intellect has more or less than others all the time in every field of chosen endeavor!
'Being content with what you(your intellect) has’ is just words of wisdom...
Far beyond practicing in a competitive world.....

The Intellect wants to ever be in a state of intellectual high..
But the INTELLECT can if the INTELLECT wants too!!
Everything depends on where your being wants to go too!!
You do something good in thought and deed the being makes you feel good..
You do something bad in thought and deed the being makes you feel bad..

The I that COMPARES I the INTELLECT

“Being content with what You have “

Being content with what I have!!
What do I have..
Being content with what You have,
Is your being content with what you have,
What do you have ..
Being content with what he/she has,
Is he/ she content with what he/she have,
What does he/she have..
Being content with what they have,
Are they content with what they have,
What do they have..
Being content with what we have,
Are we content with what we have,
What do we have..

Being with what I the intellect has,
Is my being what the Intellect has,
Intellect expresses what the being has,
Intellect compares and expresses what the beings have…

The above reminds me of two quotes..

“I think therefore I am”-Rene Descartes

“Tatvamasi”- meaning You are that- meaning I am that

–The intellect is ever in movement just like that river..
"The source of all creation "

“CAPTIVATED BIRD....

Do you often feel like you’re on the edge or in a closed container waiting to be liberated??

There is non other to liberate you,
It is you who's got to make a choice to jump of the edge or break through the invisible container...
Liberate your self; if you see the world outside the container looks beautiful or you believe it is beautiful...
Tie a string just in case n Jump of the edge if you believe you can fly...
The motivators say I see your wings; so I believe you can fly...
The de motivators say I fear I will fall of the edge so I believe you will fall of the edge too.. “DON'T FLY”
The motivators out side the container say you are a bird; break out to see the real you..
The de motivators say stay within; the lions out side are waiting to eat you...
Face those fears face to face n see them burn away...
“FLY” don't stand their looking at your feathers wither away...

“BREAK OUT” Don't suffocate your self to death living around doing the same things they say we have to do or are the only things we can do..
Take one step at a time,
Strike one blow at a time..
Don't give away, just to too much of emotions nor to too much of reason..
Strike a balance between your heart and mind..
Everything will fall in place, the equations will get balanced..

“FEAR” is fears way of saying settle down, stagnate, don't change, I will loose my value if you change..
Are you going to give yourself to the worst of your fears or to the best of your dreams or stay somewhere in between!!
It is a choice you have to make ..
Are you going to write out of frustration or out of elation..
Is a choice you have to make..
Not choosing to choose is a choice too..
The world moves forward and waits for non..

The best of life is waiting for you!!

It just started..

Couldn't we converse for a little longer..Yes we could..Is their someone stopping you from conversing no..What where the people around you doing they thought they could understand something it gave us the feeling because their was truth in it..Where they able to experience what we where going through may be not..How do you know, between the two of us there was a frequency match that was never experienced before, the feeling was different! They could not get in but where evaluating.

What more is their to converse after two hours of non stop talking..Anything you wanted without the use of non technical vocabulary..How do you know we knew we could..What was stopping both of you from extending the talk..Many other routines..You got to strike a balance..Was their truth in the words YES..If what we spoke was not true, truth would loose its value.. How do you know... I knew it..The intention was good..It was not a game where one was trying to win over the other their was no need for it..We where living in the moment not knowing what was the next word that was to be spoken..
What was the conversation about was it preplanned or did you imagine such a conversation could exist NO! It just happened..Why did it happen in the way it did, no clue but had relevance and had to happen and could not have happened any better..

Your value system is of very little value today..The society has no need for such values, transparency in person, thought and deed has no value ..
The customer is only bothered about the result and not the process you follow..
The process is more important than the goal for me..But that is not the case with the customer and other stake holders. It is the goal that is important to them and not the process..
Good products are a result of a good process..
If the process is right then their is no end for the organization..To the share holder money is the end and not the organization.

Look at the larger picture our country has 60 crore people lacking in at least one basic need ie food clothing and shelter.. we need to do out best to the best of our ability, there are good companies doing their part..
Transparency may not have value at a macro level today but what about the long term..
If their is no organization where will the shareholder get the money from..the next organization..Then what happens to the people..
You got to make profits..How much, as much as possible..How much is sufficient..
That much which offers growth, stability, etc..Valid.. At what rate of growth?. Why do you have to grow at that rate and in what manner....

You seem to understand the process, the goal of the organization..It's very purpose of existence..Do you find anything wrong in reason and intention that you want to correct me for the greater good..NO!..Should growth be at the cost of our values...Your talking about bliss beyond the metaphysical and not something lesser called happiness...............................

I kind of got a feeling he was running a brain scan... this person could be the next associate in my company. He is the kind of people I want to see in my company. He is living his life on the edge not knowing what is to happen next not willing to let go of the good in him,You see him you see trust,goodness...

We have lost count of the no of times he has fallen taking risks beyond imagination yet he stands….

The brain is objective and does not know about feelings..

Tough to define a feeling, all great philosophers have thrown light in different ways, but still the description of a feeling is not the feeling!

All excited all right. Excitement, happiness the way we define all that is good..The problem with us humans is that we want to see people we like in a way we want them to be and not as what they really are. But what are they in reality. Could we strike a conversation that is not preconditioned.. No form of conclusion would be satisfying without seeing something, talk to in person.

All the indicators give you a feeling of the good so it cannot be bad the gut feeling says. We have to meet (the excitement could fade not fade away for whatever unknown..) else we get stuck with that feeling which is tough to describe. Its like you go all the way up to the peak of the mountain and turn back..Its like walking 11kms up the hill through the jungle wait in the queue for hours go till the door step to get a glimpse of lord Vishnu; but turn back without looking up..I wonder what that feeling would be for the rest of my life and what, if today was the last day. I wonder what would happen, if I didn't look up. Living with a feeling of incompleteness in a part of the journey takes time to fade way but still the thought of how I wish I finished what I started will remain for the rest of our life. Their is no explanation for all this feeling, gut stuff, I better look up because time is precious and we never know what's next in life.. That is the beauty of it all!!

The next logical step would be..How are we going to get this meeting happen in reality is their going to be an acceptance to meet. I certainly want to give it a try. How about the other! What do you ask! Would you be interested in a meeting!! Is it so simple!

I am able to communicate something through writing all write will I be able to communicate in person. Would we enjoy communicating in person Is their a purpose couldn’t it be just for the sake of meeting itself.. I have no clue but adds to the feeling..

What if it is a game? I have non other than my self to believe in this.. What’s on the other side..

Wisdom is scattered because it is the new, the first time, never tried before. A road that never existed is being charted..Where is it leading no clue but the pursuit gives excitement a different feeling all to gather..

Jack is the unconventional is he going to transmit a signal to my brain..

Where are you JACK..

What is the plan now!!

That's what you want to ask god isn't it Jack!

Jack has just returned on a new boat of his own after almost 6 years into the unknown. He was too young to envision the future of the old boat he set sail on...But he knew something, some may call it gut feeling some call it intuition whatever.. Their where many big boats on which all the people he knew choose to travel and most already travelling,he was also given an option and sometimes forced to travel on a boat most people choose to...All he knew was he had to set sail against the conventional. The exuberance of youth was overwhelming...His belief was, the impossible is nothing..
What has he brought back with him..
What does he want to do now..
Their is an air of silence around him..
The new boat looks different looks uncnoventional..What is in it..

to be continued..
